We’re tweeting A LOT, but there’s not a lot of people helping, just a lot of repeated tweets… And I think twitter counts from the number of PEOPLE tweeting a certain tag, and not simply from the number of tweets.
SO THE MORE PEOPLE THE BETTER!!! Come on, help us and ask your friends to help!

Apparently it’s not working with the # before it and all typed together. We’re thinking maybe twitter considered it as spam, because MANY people are tweeting a lot and it should be trending already!!!

Our time is up! It’s 4pm in Cannes right now, the exact time we set to trend our new tag!
So let’s get started! Tweet as much as you can putting #HottBaguettesWillNeverDie (it’s important to keep the # and type the whole thing all together, just like we did above. It makes it trend faster and it’s more guaranteed to work!) in the end of every tweet!

LET’S MAKE OUR BOYS HAPPY! WE CAN DO THIS!
Lots of Astronauts showed support when we suggested trending #HottBaguettesWillNeverDie tomorrow while Pierre and David are in Cannes, France, for the NJR Music Awards. So we decided to go ahead with the idea.
Here’s what we’re gonna do, Astronauts:
#01 - SPread the word: The more people that know about this, the better, right? So let’s SPread the word!! You can do that by reblogging this post, tweeting about it - especially to other Astronauts and SP-related Twitter accounts -, retweeting us (@SPAstronauts_) and also sending messages to other Tumblrs. Everything helps! If you can help in any way, please do it!
We wanna do it at the time that it’s best for the boys, when it’s most capable that they’ll see it! So we decided on 4pm, Cannes, France time. What do you think? They’ll not be at the event yet, so they’ll probably not be busy and will have time to check twitter every now and then.
So…
#02 - Check out the time-converter link we put below: It’s a lot easier to trend anything if we start doing it at the same time and if we keep doing it simultaneously! But how do we do that if we all live in different time zones? Pretty easy; just click this link http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html and put 16/4pm on the time and, where they ask “from” put “France, Paris” - which has the same time zone as Cannes -, and where they ask “to”, right below, you add your current location.
Pretty simple, hm? So don’t be lazy and just convert your time zone to help! It will only take you 2 minutes and it’s for a good - awesome! -cause :)
If you still have any questions/or doubts about the time zones, leave it in our ask box and we’ll help!
ps: We’re gonna start trending at the same time, but if you can tweet before and after that, you should totally do it! We’re not gonna stop until #HottBaguettesWillNeverDie is trending worldwide!

We thought it might be a great opportunity to try and trend “Hott Baguettes Will Never Die” on twitter, since last time we tried it didn’t work because it was late and not so many people were awake (trying to figure out the time zone’s making me crazy!!!!). So we thought we could do it tomorrow, which is the day of the award show.
If we join forces, like we did to trend “Simple plan saved my life” (yes, us from the @spastronauts_ on twitter promoted that and it worked amazingly!) and all the other TT’s we managed to do that weekend, we can put that one too!!! We all know how much we astronauts can do together :)
